1. Overview
By accessing or purchasing from FridayFits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Limited Batches
All FridayFits garments are produced in strictly limited batches of 50 units per colorway. Once a batch is sold out, that colorway is permanently vaulted and will not be restocked. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen calibration.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the time-of-purchase price.
4. Shipping
We offer free express shipping across India on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. All Sales Final
Due to the limited and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@fridayfits.store with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the claim and, if valid, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7. Promo Codes
Promotional codes (e.g. FIRST30) are valid for one-time use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time. Misuse or fraudulent use of promo codes will result in order cancellation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photography, copy, and branding — is the property of FridayFits Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
